Sunday Supplications no. 6

In church today, my pastor was talking about failure.

He mentioned the quote pictured above.

I think it's important to realise that, despite the failures we face in life, and perhaps even because of them, we become stronger through Christ.

We can see our failures as lessons from Jesus.

Each failure is Him teaching us a lesson about ourselves.

Dear Jesus,

Please help me to recognise where I fail in my life.

Help me to understand the lesson You wish me to learn through it.

I want to be better, more like You, so that I may follow You with all my being.

Thank you for another day of failures that teach, shape and mould me.

I thank you, my Sculptor.
